Join us in the beautiful Wentworth Valley for a day fishing at our exclusive lakefront property on Mattatall Lake. Our fishing boat is equipped with the latest, greatest fish-finding technology. Success rates on this lake are, typically, very high with fish 3lbs and more caught regularly. The fish are plentiful, the views stunning, wildlife abounds, and we often have the lake all to ourselves.
Join us in exploring any number of local lakes chasing Smallmouth Bass and/or Chain Pickerel.

Your Guide
Derrick Brooks, owner and operator of Morning Mist Fishing Guide Services, is a licensed guide who has spent the last 45+ years chasing fish all over Nova Scotia. He has fished for every species the Nova Scotia sport fishery has to offer.
Derrick specializes in fly fishing for salmon and trout, and chasing smallmouth bass from his tournament-equipped fishing boat.
He knows where the fish are and how to catch them!
